What is our Return Policy?

For the time being, returns are only accepted on purchases made within Malaysia.

Refunds will be made in store credit for the same amount, the same way the product price that was originally purchased. What items are RETURNABLE?

All preloved items and ALL sale and promotional-priced items are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable once purchased.

For brand new goods, you can return your items within 7 days of receipt of your shipment. No cash refund is allowed.

– For clothing, shoes and accessories – unwashed, unworn, undamaged, unmarked and unaltered

– In the original packaging with all BAJU SEJUK tags still attached

Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable.

How do I return?

– Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

– You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved

Are there any charges for return?

– You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping

– Delivery charges will be refunded for special cases i.e.: Faulty or wrongly sent items that needs to be shipped back to our warehouse (in this case we will return the shipping cost via store credit). However kindly provide us a receipt from the courier service in order for us to process refund. Re-shipment cost for exchanges or returns aside from faulty orders will be borne by customer – the cost will be notified accordingly.

What is our Exchange Policy?

We would only accept exchanges if the item/size received are different from the original order, and will be fully liable for the shipping cost.

How soon will I get my refund

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund in store credit. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 14 working days.
